Use our product with some practices, just like a “gimmick” in magician word. Can be used in any kind of situation. The only thing we do not allow is using our products and ideas as part stock footage related material for sale or otherwise.

I have a question about a product I ordered. Who do I contact? Please email us with any questions, we can help you out. Please include your order number or other pertinent information.

How could I install the downloaded products? Firstly, you will receive a zip file, which you have to extract using zip software that is freely available allover Internet. Subsequently, you will receive a video file (in mp4 or avi format). Synchronize your iPhone on iTunes and drag that file to your music & video files to copy it to your iPhone. Then, you could find it in your iPhone: choose iPod, category: Video. But first, make sure that you have checked the checkbox “Manually manage your music and videos” on your iTunes..then you can drag the product into your iPhone.

Will your products work with my iPhone or iPhone 3G? Does my iPhone have to be jailbroken to use your products? No, they will work on any regular or jailbroken iPhone. and all of our products are compatible for iPhone and iPhone 3G. if you are having a similar issue please contact us and we will send an update.

Downloading Questions

I can’t seem to get access to my download after purchase. What should I do? If you do not receive your download after purchase please send us a friendly email and we’ll be happy to help you out. Be sure to use the correct address and and ZIP when ordering to ensure quick processing.

I’ve download the files but I can’t seem to get them to Unzip. What should I do? Be sure to have the latest version of your Unzipping application. Also verify the size of the file you downloaded is close to estimated size on the website. If you continue to have problems contact us.

How long are downloads available after purchase and what if I lose this information? Purchased products will always be available to download to verified customers. The files are available for 24 Hours period and can be extended or reissued. We do recommend burning a CD/DVD backup once you have successfully downloaded your products.
